ABM is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Salt Lake City to support operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility infrastructure. This role focuses on safe, efficient, and uninterrupted performance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

You will collaborate with facility management, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and sustainability objectives.

Job description

The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility infrastructure systems. This role assists in ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted performance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and related support equipment. The Engineer collaborates with facility management, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainability objectives.

Pay: $43,000 - $66,000 per year

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
