Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience.
• Valid Maryland Non-commercial Class C or equivalent driver's license is required.
• May be trained to work with asbestos.
• Ability to read and follow written/oral instructions and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency requests.
• Daily inspections of campus heating/cooling and building equipment.
• Makes necessary repairs and obtains assistance from senior personnel when necessary.
• Maintains required equipment logs.
• Assists tradesmen and contractors in the repair and refurbishment of building components and systems.
