Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of repair/maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work orders and investigates site; determines proper repair procedures.
• Performs repair work including tile replacement and plumbing repairs.
• Repairs heating/air conditioning equipment such as motors and pumps.
• Cleans and maintains tools and equipment.
• Plans and conducts a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
