Responsibilities

• Read and follow written instructions.
• Take primary responsibility for quality and completion of jobs assigned.
• Advise, coordinate, and help prioritize jobs.
• Cooperate and stay in communication with the Maintenance department by submitting needed maintenance reports or requests for materials through proper channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the building principal or the Superintendent.
