Job summary

Lancesoft in Round Rock, TX seeks a temporary but potential-to-engage Operations Assistant to support intake, processing and shipping of packages. The role also involves helping set up events and delivering packages on site.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, a self-starter with good organizational and customer service skills, a valid driversense license, and the ability to lift 40–50 lbs and use basic mailroom equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma plus 6-12 months of related work experience.
• Requires valid, violation-free drivers license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Client policy.
• Experience in use & operation of shrink-wrap, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, electric stapler, scales, collators & related equipment.
• Experience with postage meter and equipment.
• Ability to use and troubleshoot mailroom equipment.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communications and customer service skills.

Contract: 0-4 Months (Temp to Engage) Shift Timing: 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm (Mon to Fri) Dress Code: Business casual, jeans or slacks and polo or button-down shirts. No shorts. A successful candidate is one who is detail-oriented and a self-starter. The assignment is a 3-month temp to engage position. Able to lift 40-50lbs, willing and able to work with a pallet jack.
