• Ability to gain proficiency in assorted package tracking software products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receives shipments from all carriers and scans into the tracking system.
• Sorts incoming USPS mail and delivers mail/packages to campus departments.
• Monitors postage meter funds and notifies supervisor.
• Assist in stock management.
• Answer phones and inquiries related to customer issues.
• Performs special projects as needed by supervisor.
