Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receiving and issuing incoming mail and packages at the North Campus Student Service Center using proprietary mail and packaging software.
• Delivery of incoming packages to student residence hall rooms before arrival.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with various mail carriers, university guests, team members, and student staff.
• Work as a team member, reporting damage, safety issues, and workload needs.
