Responsibilities

• Accurately sort incoming mail and distribute to various departments.
• Collect and prepare outgoing mail and examine returned mail pieces.
• May deliver and obtain signed receipt for accountable mail (certified, registered, insured, Express).
• Coordinate courier service to UM Columbia.
• Operate mail vehicles and perform general preventive maintenance (e.g. fill fuel tanks, notify Manager when repairs are needed).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
