Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of storeroom or warehouse experience responsible for receipt, storage, and issue.
• Valid driver's license is required; CA license within 10 days if moving from out of state.
• Defensive Driver Training completion required after hire.
• Experience leading 5–15 employees (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound/outbound workflow for campus deliveries and routes.
• Schedule route coverage and manage staff and student schedules.
• Organize incoming parcels to maximize delivery accuracy.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff and student teams.
• Maintain and update the tracking system database.
• Provide reports on carrier issues and performance.
