Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking a Manager of Campus Launch and Operational Readiness to lead campus openings, coordinate facility readiness, and implement scalable operational systems across regions. You will partner with Home Office teams and new campuses to ensure smooth launches and consistent standards.

The role requires 5+ years in operational leadership within education, strong project management, and travel to emerging regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience working within a school, district, charter network, or educational organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness efforts for campus openings and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate and monitor milestones for campus openings.
• Serve as on-site operational resource during launch phases.
• Assist with transition planning to permanent campus staff.
• Develop and maintain campus readiness processes for materials and resources.
• Support vendor management and coordination across regions.
• Develop training materials and implementation resources.
• Document operational practices and establish knowledge repositories.
