Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in landscape operations or facilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required certifications.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, arboriculture, and turfgrass.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large landscape operations team across multiple shifts.
• Oversee maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features.
• Plan, estimate, and coordinate landscape projects and contractor work.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and procurement for operations.
• Support safety programs, IPM, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with campus partners and communicate service plans.
