Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Utility Worker to support kitchen and facility operations at Concordia University Wisconsin. The role focuses on cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across food production and service areas, including dishwashing, cleaning of surfaces, floors, and equipment, and assisting with setup and breakdown tasks.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours with a pay range of $15–$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety basics.

• Willingness to learn Sodexo standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a machine.
• Clean and sanitize work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; remove trash to designated areas.
• Restock supplies such as soap and cleaning materials.
• Assist with basic set‑up and break‑down tasks as directed.
