Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Assist with moving, assembling, installing, and removing equipment and supplies.
• Respond to maintenance requests and report repair status to supervisor.
• Coordinate with Facilities or vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, parts, and needs; follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations; perform additional duties as assigned.
