Athenian Grill is hiring at Bell Tower on Miami University in Oxford, OH. We seek Crew Members for part-time and full-time shifts, with opportunities to learn every station—from prep to grill to counter—and grow within our family-owned Greek restaurant group.

Qualificações

• Have restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience, or you're eager to learn and pick things up quickly
• Stay focused, positive, and friendly when the lunch rush hits
• Show up on time and ready to work, every shift
• Take pride in doing things right, even when nobody's watching
• Like being part of a team and bring good energy to the kitchen
• Can follow recipes, directions, and food safety rules
• Can stand for a full shift, work in a hot and fast-moving kitchen, and lift up to 25–50 lbs

Responsabilidades

• In the Kitchen: Prep fresh ingredients daily, cook proteins and sides on the grill and flat-top, build pitas/bowls/platters/salads, check temperatures and storage, keep line stocked
