Job summary

Athenian Grill is hiring a Team Member at Miami University, Oxford, OH. Earn $16–$18 per hour with flexible hours and immediate hiring. You’ll help greet guests, take orders, prep ingredients, and keep the service moving in a fast-paced, guest‑focused setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Positive attitude and clear communication with guests and coworkers.
• Reliable, on time, and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evening and weekend availability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and handle payments accurately.
• Prep ingredients and help assemble orders to recipe standards.
• Keep the line stocked and service moving during rushes.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep the dining area, counters, and kitchen clean.
• Help with dishes, restocking, and opening or closing duties.
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you, front or back of house.
