Qualifications

• General knowledge at the high school level is required.
• ServSafe food safety certification within 180 days of hire.
• Experience in related field helpful.
• Ability to follow recipes, maintain quality, and keep stations stocked.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cook-to-order meals under supervision and by station recipes.
• Receive, store, weigh, and portion ingredients; prep for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and galley areas.
• Assist in other kitchen departments as needed and train new staff.
