• Directs and manages key operational functions for the janitorial team.
• Maintains trusted client relationships with on-site personnel and the college/university.

• Implements processes aligned with strategic initiatives and provides clear direction.
• Monitors operating costs (labor, supplies, leases, equipment) and reports variances.
• Promotes a culture of safety and leads by example in safe behaviors.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff; coordinates with HR and Talent Acquisition as needed.
• Conducts regular team meetings and performance reviews with direct reports.
• Manages budget and expenses; audits the budget coverage via cost-management tools.
