Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day one-on-one troubleshooting support to faculty and staff.
• Maintain and support campus technology services across labs, classrooms, offices, and conference rooms.
• Assist imaging processes and hardware/software support for standard campus-licensed equipment.
• Coordinate with imaging projects and document work in the IT service management system (TeamDynamix).
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
