Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience supporting classroom and AV hardware preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT and AV support to classrooms, labs, and conference rooms.
• Respond to emergency calls and escalate as needed.
• Manage ticketing system and document resolutions.
• Set up projectors, microphones, videoconferencing, and display systems.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of equipment.
