Job summary

Qualifications

• Current EPA Section 608 Technician certification (Universal Refrigerant Handling)
• Meet standards for operating a State of WI Fleet vehicle
• Professional experience in HVAC trade
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC/R systems and equipment and related mechanical systems
• Working on computerized and digital HVAC systems including DDCs
• Following safety requirements and procedures
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Organizing and prioritizing work assignments
• Providing customer service

Responsibilities

• Monitors, tests, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems, related equipment, and controls according to policies
• Develops and schedules operational work plans for staff
• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance and documents activity for safe operation
• Identifies and repairs system problems and equipment malfunctions
• Responds to service requests within established timelines
