Responsibilities

• Work alongside other qualified mechanics on larger repair jobs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC DX equipment and air-cooled systems.
• Perform basic building equipment checks and report findings.
• Follow work order processes providing job details and follow up.
• Interact and communicate professionally with customers when coordinating work.
