University of North Dakota is seeking a Housing Custodian to perform custodial duties at the Grand Forks, ND campus. The role involves cleaning, upkeep, handling work orders, and moving furniture for events and departments. The schedule is 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, onsite.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED or related custodial experience and be able to pass a criminal history background check. Weekend callbacks may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or related custodial experience.
• Criminal history background check completed successfully.

Responsabilités

• Perform custodial work including cleaning, upkeep and creating work orders.
• Move furniture and equipment, collect waste and recyclables.
• Clean floors, windows, furniture, restrooms, and surfaces.
• Assist in training new employees and submitting supply requests.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
