Responsibilities

• Scrub pots and pans and load dishes into the machine.
• Sort, wash, and return dishes, silverware, and trays.
• Operate the dish machine according to instructions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dish room.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Sweep and mop as needed.
• Remove garbage and sanitize cans.
• Other duties as assigned.
