Article Student Living is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support the on-site team in Columbus, OH. You will be the face of the property, conduct tours for prospective residents, and help attract qualified leads while engaging with current residents.

This entry-level role reports to the Property Manager and includes training, a housing discount, 401K-style benefits, and growth opportunities within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Current students and residents encouraged to apply.
• Customer service oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to organize tasks and focus on main priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents.
• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Help with campus networking and marketing.
• Warmly greet visitors and update log sheet.
• Follow up with residents and prospects.
• Assist Leasing & Marketing Manager with social media postings.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
