Job summary

University Health Services at UT Austin seeks a Physician, Primary Care to provide medical care for students eligible for UHS services. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) on UT Main Campus with an Exempt status and potential 9–12 months of service per year.

The successful candidate will participate in patient care, chart reviews, and outreach, contributing to medical standards and collaboration with UHS committees.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• ACGME residency completed in the United States.
• Current board certification in a primary care specialty relevant to college health.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for UT students on campus.
• Support medical care standards and participate in UHS committees.
• Perform administrative duties and participate in outreach programs as assigned.
• Ensure professionalism, patient confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
