Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Three years of experience as a practicing physician.
• Ability to practice medicine within the scope of license, training and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Presents a professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external customers. Follows appropriate chain of command.
• Participates in all mandatory SHWC trainings and meetings, including committees, as assigned. Practices and follows proper privacy and security regulations.
• Participates/volunteers with SHWC events, including internal events, orientations, etc.
• Provides competent primary care to patients (through evaluation, diagnosis and management of patients with illness, injuries and disease) at the SHWC in accordance with generally accepted standards of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
