Job summary

Hondros College of Nursing seeks a Campus Executive Director for our Indianapolis campus. The role leads enrollment, retention, and outcomes while managing campus operations and staff to deliver exceptional student service.

The candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee accreditation and reporting, and collaborate with faculty and administration to meet strategic goals. Travel and stakeholder engagement are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education or related field required.
• Experience as a school president, dean, or campus director preferred.
• Experience with admissions, financial aid and operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve enrollment, retention, pass rate and placement goals.
• Monitor and control campus expenses to meet budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal policies and ABHES criteria.
• Oversee institutional effectiveness plan and accreditation reports.
• Lead campus operations and supervise staff to deliver excellent service.
