Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, educational or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Candidates with leadership experience in education are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures enrollment, retention, pass rate, and placement goals are achieved.
• Monitors and controls expenses and revenues to ensure campus-based budgetary goals are achieved.
• Ensures the College complies with all state and federal regulatory policies and procedures.
• Ensures the College meets all ABHES accreditation criteria on an ongoing basis.
• Reviews and approves all required ABHES reports prior to submission.
• Oversees the campus Institutional Effectiveness Plan (IEP).
• Oversees and monitors day-to-day campus operations in all functional areas.
• Ensures that all associates understand and perform their assigned duties, and assists them in overcoming obstacles.
• Initiates programs and activities that promote good morale and discipline throughout the College.
• Conducts regular staff meetings to monitor progress against planned goals and to ensure that all staff kept informed of new initiatives.
• Maintains a positive relationship with the local media, regulatory agencies and other organizations that could impact the College.

Education
