New Life Fellowship in Arlington, TX is seeking a dedicated Campus Grounds Crew member to maintain our 13.5-acre campus and support the transition to in-house grounds care. The role emphasizes pride in quality, safety, and a welcoming environment for our congregation and visitors.

Expect a Friday Grounds Day (8–10 hours) with mowing, trimming, and site maintenance. You will operate commercial equipment, perform outdoor labor, and help keep our campus pristine year-round.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional grounds or landscaping experience.
• Able to perform outdoor labor in North Texas heat.
• Basic irrigation and turf health knowledge.
• Reliable with a consistent schedule and self-motivation.
• Available to work Tuesday and Friday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and maintain approximately 8–10 acres to keep campus inviting.
• Operate commercial landscape equipment safely.
• Clean up walkways, parking areas, and fencing for weekend services.
