New Life Fellowship in Arlington, TX is seeking a dedicated Campus Grounds Crew member to maintain and beautify our 13.5-acre campus. You will help keep the grounds pristine, safe, and welcoming for our congregation and community, with an emphasis on reliability and independent work.

This role offers consistent Fridays (8–10 hours) focused on mowing, trimming, edging, and overall lawn care, plus Tuesday shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Able to perform outdoor manual labor in North Texas weather and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems and turf health.
• Reliable self-starter who can manage time and schedule.
• Available to work Tuesdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial zero-turn mower to mow and edge 8–10 acres.
• String trim and edge around facility and parking areas.
• Use blowers to clear walkways, entryways, and parking areas.
• Maintain campus appearance for weekend services.
