Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in groundskeeping or maintenance.
• Nebraska State Applicator's License, category 04 - Ornamental and Turf Pest Control, required.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping, landscaping, and maintenance duties to keep campus safe, clean, and presentable.
• Mow, trim, mulch, weed, monitor irrigation, plant and maintain landscape beds.
• Operate power machines and maintain equipment; assist with snow removal in winter.
• Set up chairs and furnishings for events; perform basic repairs and cleaning tasks.
