The ideal candidate has prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience, can work outdoors in varying weather, and demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance experience.
• Experience on a large campus or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and outdoor areas across the campus.
• Perform routine raking, debris removal, and general grounds maintenance.
• Police grounds and outdoor areas for litter, trash, and hazards.
• Operate lawn mowers, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and safe.
• Assist with landscape upkeep to maintain campus appearance.
• Support Plant Operations with assigned projects and tasks as needed.
• Respond to urgent grounds-related situations in a timely manner.
