The Village At Germantown is seeking a Landscaper/Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the campus grounds. Key duties include daily upkeep, applying chemicals safely, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the campus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on lawn care experience required.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and read measuring instruments.
• Must have strong positive attitude towards customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily maintenance of outside grounds.
• Apply household chemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and execute preventative maintenance tasks.
• Pick up trash, debris, and animal waste daily.
• Remove snow and keep outdoor areas safe during winter.
