Job summary

Totino-Grace High School seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain our 30-acre campus grounds, athletic fields, landscape displays, and exterior facilities. The role focuses on safety, aesthetics, and functional outdoor spaces for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include turf and landscape management, field maintenance for football, soccer, baseball, and more, seasonal cleanup, and snow operations. Collaboration with the Director of Facilities & Technology guides equipment and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Turf & Horticulture Management across 30 acres with fertilization, aeration, overseeding and weed control plans.
• Oversee athletic fields maintenance: mowing, irrigation, line marking, and surface prep for outdoor sports.
• Landscape & hardscape care: beds, shrubs, trees, flowers, walkways and safety across campus.
• Off-site facilities: mark off-site fields and coordinate goals/equipment delivery and collection.
• Seasonal & snow operations: leaf collection, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal with emphasis on safety.
