Job summary

Scheurer.org is looking for a Grounds Maintenance professional responsible for maintaining the 267-acre campus grounds in Kentucky. Duties include lawn maintenance, snow removal, and general landscaping. Candidates must have 5 years of experience and a high school education, with a valid driver's license.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational skills with heavy equipment and a commitment to campus safety and environmental aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 5 years of institutional, industrial, or commercial landscaping experience.
• Valid driver's license required, must obtain Ohio driver's license within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance including cutting and irrigation.
• Carry out snow and ice removal for campus safety.
• Conduct general maintenance of campus grounds.

Skills

Knowledgeable in safe use of power equipment

Experienced in heavy equipment operation

Irrigation systems repair experience

Ability to operate small mowers

Basic computer skills
