Qualifications

• Ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving of instructions, get along with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Keeps campus grounds, walks, and drives clean by removing trash, garbage, and other debris.
• Sees fertilizes, plants, waters, weeds, trims, and grooms lawns, shrubbery, and trees.
• Operates grounds maintenance equipment (e.g. power mowers, edgers, and power blowers).
• Loads and unloads materials; transports to designated locations using various equipment.
• Assists in preparing fields for special events.
• Inspects equipment and vehicles daily for safe and proper operation.
