Ideal candidates have grounds maintenance experience, familiarity with lawn equipment and small engines, and a willingness to support occasional janitorial tasks or building upkeep as needed.

Qualifications

• Prefer high school diploma or GED plus two years' grounds maintenance experience.
• Experience with small engines and lawn equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, mulching, weed eating, and general lawn care.
• Assist with minor janitorial or building maintenance duties as needed.
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs and flowers for events.
• Immediately report deficiencies to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
• Contribute to team by recommending process improvements.
