Qualifications

• High school diploma and seven years of full-time related experience.
• Experience in general landscaping/groundskeeping, including environmental considerations.
• Experience supervising and delegating work of others.
• Experience operating a PC and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Appropriate education/experience/certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of groundskeepers and contracted vendors.
• Establishes work schedules and assigns activities by priority and skill.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
• Coordinates groundskeeping with other trades and vendors.
• Trains staff in safety, techniques, and equipment use.
• Requisitions materials and supplies and assists with budgeting.
