• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Grounds Management or related field, or 5–10 years’ experience in Grounds Management.
• Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking; knowledge of landscape tools and equipment.

• Train staff in operational procedures.
• Ensure quality assurance through inspections and QA systems.
• Oversee grounds maintenance, turf, trees, shrubs, and hardscape projects.
