Job summary

Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH is seeking dedicated facilities staff to join our team for year-round grounds maintenance. You will mow lawns, plant beds, manage landscaping, operate grounds equipment, and assist with event setups across the campus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work safely, independently.
• Some knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and mow lawns and fields.
• Plant and maintain shrubs and flowers.
• Empty exterior trash barrels; pick up trash on grounds.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Maintain and operate equipment.
• Assist with set-up of various campus events.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends mainly due to weather-related issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Facilities Director.
