Job summary

Keene School District is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces, athletic fields, and event setups across our facilities. This full-time role reports to the Director of Buildings and Grounds.

The position offers competitive health and dental benefits, enrollment in NHRS, and a competitive hourly wage of $20.00–$20.88 plus a $0.75 differential. Prior grounds keeping or landscaping experience preferred, and a valid Driver's License is required.

Qualifications

• Prior grounds keeping or landscaping experience preferred.
• Driver's License and ability to safely operate grounds keeping equipment and handle pesticide applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces, athletic fields and recreational areas.
• Prepare and set up grounds for events and ceremonies.
• Perform routine maintenance, erosion control and safe pesticide applications.
• Keep outdoor areas clean, safe and visually appealing year-round.
