Job summary

Wofford College’s Facilities Department invites applications for a full-time groundskeeper. The role focuses on groundskeeping and maintenance across the campus, including lawn care, shrub and tree work, and keeping parking lots and sidewalks clear.

Qualifications

• One year of landscaping, grounds or maintenance-related work experience is required.
• A current and valid driver’s license to use Wofford vehicles to transport supplies/equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry minimally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and landscaping tasks including lawn care, shrub and tree maintenance, and upkeep of sidewalks and parking areas.
• Maintenance and administrative support such as minor equipment maintenance and attending safety trainings.
• Other duties as assigned and potential committee/election participation as needed.
