Qualifications

• Experience supervising and delegating the work of others.
• Pesticide and Herbicide Application License.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in general landscaping/groundskeeping and with xeriscape technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of groundskeepers and vendors performing landscaping and maintenance tasks.
• Establishes work schedules and assigns activities based on priority and skill.
• Inspects completed work for quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinates with other trades and outside contractors as needed.
• Provides training on safety and procedures and maintains records.
