Job summary

Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, seeks a Director of Campus Grounds to lead landscape maintenance, tree care, seasonal projects, and outdoor facility upkeep. You will oversee contracted services and ensure safety, environmental stewardship, and campus beautification.

The role partners with the Plant Operations team and supports campus operations year-round, including interior projects during winter and events preparation. A commitment to service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
• Certified Arborist or pesticide license preferred but not required.
• Experience in grounds maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance, health, and safety of campus grounds.
• Oversee contracted mowing, snow removal, landscaping and tree care.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist with interior maintenance during winter months.
• Manage grounds budgeting and equipment maintenance.
