Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled gardening and horticultural tasks to maintain university properties.
• Trim, water, fertilize, and control pests of lawns and shrubs.
• Comply with safety standards and demonstrate safe work habits.

Skills

Strong verbal communication and listening skills

Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills

Highly thorough and dependable

Practical knowledge and/or training in gardening practices

Knowledge of safe use of hand and power tools

Education

H.S. Diploma or GED
