Job summary

WCTC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain campus grounds, assist with snow removal, and support event setups. You will operate a range of vehicles and equipment, perform minor repairs, and help with mailroom duties as needed.

The role requires physical work outdoors, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Start date anticipated by November 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Flexibility for a 7:00 am – 3:30 pm shift; some evenings or events.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, pruning, planting, and grounds upkeep.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables and maintain parking lots and lawns.
• Operate trucks, wheel loaders, tractors, forklifts, and mowers.
• Provide snow removal and ice control; apply salt as needed.
• Maintain and repair fleet grounds equipment and machinery.
