Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate, inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and read technical manuals.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and PPE; maintain service records and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair university grounds vehicles and equipment.
• Document maintenance and repairs according to policies.
• Install, assemble, and repair outdoor fixtures and equipment when needed.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs and manage equipment lifecycle.
