Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience operating commercial maintenance equipment.
• Experience performing basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective building maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
• Maintain campus grounds through mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
• Operate maintenance and landscaping equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Assist with furniture moving, hauling, deliveries, and campus setup.
• Respond to campus emergencies and support event setups as needed.
