Responsibilities

• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables.
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures correct temperatures, quality, and presentation of food.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in the work area; follows recipes and portion control.
• Carries and transports pans and trays safely; handles food storage and rotation.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends safety meetings and maintains good coworker relations.
