Qualifications

• Prior grill cook experience is required.
• PM shifts availability.
• Ability to prepare items per standard recipes.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and rotation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short prep.
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures food is at proper temperature.
• Uses tickets and serves at multiple stations.
• Keeps work area clean and equipment sanitized.
• Carries pans and trays safely while handling food.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
